Empirical Analysis of Industrial Gradient Transfer

This article is based on the deeply study of related industrial gradient transfer theory, taking example of the industrial transfer from Beijing to Luanping. We divide all of the industries property tapes of Beijing into 3 parts: totally transferred, partly transferred and remained developed by analyzing the industrial structure and calculating the gradient coefficient of industrial property of Beijing. This will provide us theoretical basis for the industrial transfer from Beijing to Luanping.
