Abstract
The linguistic context during HSE management can be classified into positive linguistic context, neutral linguistic context and negative linguistic context. The neutral linguistic context and negative linguistic context can be turned into positive linguistic context by the usage of discourse markers, body language, and proposition markers, which can accelerate the realization of illocutionary force during HSE management.
