Abstract :
Insisting on human-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development is the essential requirement of the Scientific Development View. To measure the scientific development performance of enterprises is an effective way to enhance these companies´ core competitiveness. This paper evaluated enterprises scientific development performance based on combination weighting. The innovation points and contributions are in three aspects. First, by determining the combination weight through the multiplicative synthesis method, it arouses experts´ subjective initiatives and experiences, fully utilizes objective data and then organically combines subjective and objective information. Second, through evaluating from the manpower criterion, the basic idea of scientific development view on people-oriented is reflected. Third, the research results indicate that the scientific development tendency and economic performance of Zhejiang NHU Company Ltd is prominent. However, its manpower and zoology performance still needs more attention to get further improved.
