Abstract :
The international and national aspects of the IEPG TA-13 sponsored PCTE+ programme, are described. The purpose and objectives of the programme are also discussed. The international programme objective is to define an internationally accepted language independent interface set suitable for military use and acceptable to the civil communities. The national programme is the British contribution to the international project
