Abstract :
As Bus rapid transit(BRT) stop is an important part of BRT system, a scientific service level evaluation system of BRT stop is necessary. The evaluation system is helpful for getting the result of service level and revealing the shortcomings. According to a stop´s functions and structural features, three first grade indexes were proposed. Based on the humanized concept, fourteen second grade indexes were selected. Therefore BRT stop service level evaluation index system based on the humanized concept was established. Then the fuzzy evaluation method for evaluating the BRT stop service level was introduced. Finally the shortcomings and related suggestions about Gangding Stop in Guangzhou were analyzed. The example shows the feasibility and practicability of this system, and it could be used to evaluate another bus rapid transit stop.
