Abstract
The paper talks about the current technology and operations of the various multiphase flow sensing and measurement devices; their applications to down stream operations as well as the possible application to royalty and custody measurements of crude and hydrocarbon products. It highlights current research, field test studies and viability of such devices using nano technology for better precision and higher accuracy in the measurement of volumetric through puts for exports and domestic consumption.
