Abstract :
The problem of radio frequency interference (RFI) in radio astronomy has become very critical during the last several years. The real sensitivity of radio telescopes is degraded by industrial noise. A method of combating RFI is proposed using time-frequency analysis and its implementation via digital signal processing in real time is discussed
