A guide to measuring resistance and impedance below 1 MHz

This paper will describe the preparation of a Guide intended to assist in the understanding of the techniques in the measuring of resistance and impedance below 1 MHz. This Guide is one of a number on various aspects of metrology commissioned by the National Measurement System Policy Unit of the Department of Trade and Industry. It is being assembled by the National Physical Laboratory under the guidance of a small technical committee into a coherent document from contributions made by experts from many UK firms concerned with electrical measurements and measuring equipment. It will be published by the Institute of Measurement and Control who will also assist its dissemination
