Abstract :
Based the fact that membership function as a similarity measure between classes is the best choice of comprehensive evaluation, in this paper, we discuss the important difference between comprehensive evaluation methods using index classification weight, especially on topological structure, algebraic properties, standardized methods of membership function and index classification weight. As a case, we applied this method to comprehensive evaluation of water quality, which show that the method we proposed is more scientific, more rational and more credible.
