  • Abstract
    This paper will describe a monolithic s/h amplifier with an acquisition time of 1.5μs to 0.001% for a 10V step and an aperture uncertainty of 0.5ns. Distortion is less than 0.001% over the audio band, while in an A/D and D/A converter loop, the signal-to-noise ratio is better than 90dB. Chip size is 1.5×2.5mm2.
