Abstract :
Grid-connected wind power generation system is a inevitable trend, with the increasing of grid-connected wind power generation system, the effect of it on power system is becoming more and more great. This paper states many transient power quality disturbances brought by grid-connected wind power generation. The principle of transient power quality detection with WT is analyzed in detail and the simulation of transient power quality disturbances such as short duration voltage variations and electromagnetic transient are carried out. Through the theoretical research and simulation analysis, the transient power quality disturbances can be detected quickly and accurately by the method. Therefore, the paper provides the basis for evaluation and control of the transient power quality disturbances brought by grid-connected wind power generation.
