Abstract
The new IFREMER´s Research Vessel THALASSA II devoted to fishing and oceanographic activities will be equiped with a lot of acoustic systems: fishing sounders and sonars, trawl instrumentation, multibeam echosounders, doppler profiler, etc.. According to the kind of cruise that will be done, several systems will operate at the same time. This analysis shows that time sharing will be a necessary procedure for handling the data, especially for filtering with asynchronous systems
