Abstract :
This paper wild describe a 2μ NMOS single-chip processor which computes a 256-point DFT in 6.5ms. Implemented are two parallel multipliers, an accumulator and two ROMs. The processor contains over 20,000 transistors on a 13mm2die, and operates at a 10MHz clock frequency.
