  • Abstract
Flow cytometric data have been used to provide a rapid and effective method of monitoring phytoplankton populations. As part of the software component of the EurOPA (European Optical Plankton Analyser) project, multivariate statistical methods have been used to improve the speed and quality of phytoplankton analysis
