Abstract :
Power plant circulating water (PPCW) waste heat recycling is an important way of increasing a power plant´s primary energy ratio. According to the PPCW waste heat regenerative thermal system, the authors propose two modes of heat pump heat regenerative of the system, and establish mathematical models for energy saving critical points. Through comparative study and analysis in actual case, the results demonstrate that only when the coefficient of performance of heat pump (COP) is larger than the coefficient of performance of heat pump of energy-saving critical points( ), the thermal system is energy saving. Additionally, the mode with condensate coming out from heater to heat pump system is of higher thermo-economic than that of condensate from condensate pump to heat pump system. The study on different modes of heat pump heat regenerative of circulating water waste heat regenerative thermal system plays a role in promoting the recycling of PPCW waste heat, which thereby enhances the thermal efficiency of a power plant.
