Abstract :
This paper presents a DC/DC resonant converter suitable for renewable energy applications. The converter basically consists of an half-bridge employing two MOSFETs feeding a series-parallel (LLC) resonant circuit. A fuzzy logic controller synthesizes the switching patterns, such as to obtain constant output voltage even if the input voltage varies within a large range. Simulation results show that the output voltage of the proposed system remains stable even in presence of large input voltage variations.
