Abstract :
This work presents the quantitative detection of creatinine molecules and SERS signal from a single cell. Through the utilization of gold nanoparticles, we can measure the lower concentration of specimens. In biochemical molecules analysis, quantification of creatinine in human urine sample is demonstrated. The correlation coefficient can be reached as high as 0.99 for mixture sample, and 0.93 for human subject analysis.
