    It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the 15th Computer Society of Iran (CSI) Symposium on Computer Architecture and Digital Systems (CADS 2010). This premier symposium is jointly organized by the CSI and Institute for Research in Fundamental Sciences (IPM). We also welcome our international attendees to the great city of Tehran, capital of Iran, with numerous museums, sightseeing locations, places to shop authentic handmade souvenirs, and well known hiking trails.
