Abstract :
To improve the anti-jamming performance of standard Grey-Markov forecasting model, the fuzzy classification theory are introduced into the Grey-Markov forecasting model and a new method named the Gray-Fuzzy Markov Model which is applied in port logistics demand forecasting is proposed. It is proved in theory and practice that the forecast results can improve the precision of Grey-Markov forecasting model and help the decision maker in relevant port sector with making proper decisions.
