Abstract :
A microprocessor-addressable monolithic 12b DAC, which achieves a 0.01% voltage output settling in less than 1μs, will be described. Offset, full-scale, gain, temperature coefficient and linearity are internally PROM-trimmed to provide 12b accuracy.
