Abstract
The use of a receiving parametric array in ocean research of moving objects is very difficult because the maximum result of wave interaction may be only during the collinear joint propagation of waves. In this article the variant of effective using of the receiving parametric array on the reflection from hindrances pump wave signals is introduced. The possibility of using traditional “linear” radiators in order to form the beam of receiving parametric array which helps to find out the subbottom and silt objects, is considered. Furthermore, variants of estimation of the characteristics of that array with disposition of signal source in near and distant zones of parametric array are discussed
