    In the process of economic globalization and sustainable development, logistics activities face the problems of affecting city environment. Starting with the definition of green logistics and urban environment, the paper analyzes the problems of urban environment and the development situation of green logistics at present, and puts forward strategies and suggestion of common development of green logistics and urban environment.
