Data management and processing system of distributed intelligence traffic systems

With the development of intelligent transportation systems, the utility of ITS greatly improves the traffic condition by dynamic monitor the traffic state. The management system of traffic data became imperative, which is an important tool for the traffic control panel. In this paper, we present a method of two-level servers on managing the traffic data and a method of spatial-time on data processing that gets the characteristic parameter from the time series and initial data that are collected by spatial distributing sensors.
