Abstract :
Video surveillance images are always contaminated by noise. In order to improve the quality of the images for further processing, it is necessary to denoise. The paper takes advantages of the characteristics of wavelet and Wiener filtering, proposes a kind of image de-noising algorithm. Compared with wavelet threshold de-noising algorithm and spatial Wiener filtering, it can improve PSNR efficiently and keep image edge information.
