Abstract
Summary form only given, as follows. A specific project called Import Technology and Equipment (ITE) and its characteristics have been investigated. Present methods of evaluation prove insufficient for the character of ITE. Multiobjective evaluation, which is used to reflect the results of the project more exactly, has been utilized. Five kinds of indices (advantage, adaptation, economy, environment, and policy), totaling 21 indices, are selected for carefully evaluating the project and reflecting the need for macro-decision making and the national direction in the ITE project. The multiobjective evaluation for the ITE project is made via fuzzy theory. The characteristic function is replaced by the membership function in the evaluation. The method of building the membership function is given
