Abstract
At present, the monitoring system of 40 Hz-26 GHz electromagnetic radiation has been accomplished (Zhang Dan, 2005), basing on which , the author puts up the research of the monitoring system of electromagnetic radiation (40 Hz-40 GHz). The article emphatically introduces the software control flow, and presents parts of test results
