  • Abstract
    Based on analyzing meanings, functions, compositions of metadata, the contents and characters of data for the field of high-level radioactive waste, the design of metadata editor is described in details. The module of metadata editor is developed by C# language under VS2005 platform and can store the data ultimately with XML format which is convenient for data sharing. The application of metadata editor is helpful to deepen the informalization for geological disposal of high-level radioactive waste.
