Abstract
It is necessary to know the probable character of signals scattered by sea surface at the low grazing angles while desigiung the ground radars af remote sea surface observation. Though the lows of decameter band signals back scattering have been investigated theoretically and experimentally, the authors think that data of the signals scattering are not large enough and include only intormatiori concerning the partial cross section of back scattering. The paper shows the results of energy and spectrum characteristics ofhdar signals of 150 MHz band experimental investigation, while they were scattered by the sea surface at the low grazing angles about 0.2 ... 0.5 degrees. All the experiments were carried out at the Sakhalin proverground.
