Abstract
Watermark-based digital right management (WDRM) is novel kind of technique used in terminal. It´s analyzed which digital conditional access system (CAS) lacks and pointed copyright protection being the important basis of authorized programs broadcast in digital TV network. The frame of watermark-based digital TV right management system is proposed and it would be coming true in control of accessing, restriction of storage, self-determination of charge and anonymous consumption.
