Abstract
The design process of carrier frequency in Doppler simulator is summarized in this paper. Because two phase-related and dispersion-fixed frequencies are demanded in the system, traditional realization methods are pretty complicated, the chip SI4133 is used in this system to realize the function and generate two frequencies as 800 MHz and 840 MHz, the phase noises are both -89 dBc/Hz/10 KHz, which satisfies the requirement of project well
