Abstract :
Land-Use and Land-Cover Change (LUCC) is an important component of global environmental change, to take remote sensing as technical support can shorten the research cycle, improve monitoring efficiency. Currently, the use of remote sensing technology for integrated land use classification / land cover change has become one important research tool. In this paper, data source for remote sensing, remote sensing image data selection, data pre- processing of remote sensing images, the classification of remote sensing image information extraction, etc. are described. Remote sensing and related technologies based on current trends and the discussion of the future multi-source remote sensing data and 3S (5S) integration technology for the study of means of land use classification / land cover change in the direction of applied research and development.
