Abstract :
In order to improve the situation of road safety and energy conservation in urban area, reducing the parking number is taken as research content. Aiming at the vehicle make up of traffic flow, prediction model of travel time was built. Combined with the vehicles running status, real-time signal information at intersection and the data collected by detector, the optimal speed strategy in urban intersections was designed. Results of the emulation make clear that the strategy has a high accuracy rate, and provide efficient information. The strategy plays a certain role in releasing intersection confusion.
