The study of adaptive service provision platform in future communication system

The future communication system can provide more abundant services for user, however, owing to network heterogeneity, terminal diversity and user preference personality, value-added service adaptation becomes the study hotspot increasingly. This paper analyzes the necessity of service adaptation and the architecture of value-added service provision in detail, and builds on an adaptive service provision platform. The platform mainly consists of context-aware processor that can attain contextual information about network, terminal and user, and service adaptation manager used to execute service adaptation in accordance with context, which is able to effectively realize the context-awareness and adaptation of service, accordingly to meet the user´s personalized needs to service.
