Abstract
This paper describes a 30KVA three phase, power conditioning system designed to interface with the local utility grid. Power is obtained in a 600VDC form, from a solar thermal system. The inverter which has a dual mode (stand alone and utility Interconect) delivers the power to the utility grid with a power factor close to unity and at a point which maximizes the power. Experimental results along with a circuit analisis are given.
