Abstract
The purpose of the project was to demonstrate the efficacy of the PRIISM Consortium Network to conduct cross cultural and other cooperative studies. A second purpose was to provide insights to Pacific Basin countries and a model which can be used to enrich and make more effective the information systems personnel in their respective nations. Findings showed many similarities and differences between the US and the Pacific Basin countries
