Abstract :
The land is the foundation of mankind existence and development, and doesn´t belong to be reborn resources. Once it is broken, it will is very difficult to recover. However, because of mankind´s unreasonable exploitation and use, and then the relative contradicts and environment problems are outstanding. it is time to enhance the land information management. At the same time, it is the advanced technology and especially the development of computer that makes the people to study and manage the information to be possible. At the present time, the information of land database construction is primarily from image digitization. This text combines the practice to study image digitized handling and its precision in order to insure the land information to have higher accuracy and dependable.
