Abstract
With the formation of the national trunk road network, especially the basic completion of the national highway network, road network operational characteristics of the very prominent. In recent years, by the sudden geological disasters, bad weather, etc., road emergencies has increased every year for local and regional road network to run a serious impact. This paper will explore the road network operation and environmental monitoring of the model, the establishment of the basic model framework and indicator set to run for the road network to carry out assessments on algorithms and models.
