Abstract
We investigated the excited-state ultra-fast dynamics of genetic fusions that link a Green Fluorescent Protein to an antibody fragment. Spectrally resolved pump-probe spectroscopy allowed us to discriminate between biolocally-active soluble and inactive insoluble antibody fusions.
