Abstract :
We report, for the first time to our knowledge, an intensity and wavelength dual-coding multiplexing technique whereby FBG sensor arrays are interrogated. This new method offers an advantage over the conventional WDM technique of doubling the total number of grating sensors to be multiplexed while keeping the sane dynamic-range for each sensor
