Abstract
The Hybrid Wind/Closed Cycle Vapor Turbogenerator (CCVT) power system was developed to provide the most reliable, cost-effective remote power system available for loads in the range of 300 to 3000 watts. While the CCVT has a proven record of reliability, it requires fuel for its operation. On the other hand, the wind generator does not require any fuel but is subject to the vagaries of the wind. By combining the CCVT with its high starting and running reliability with a zero fuel wind energy system, this enhanced wind hybrid system offers the most cost-effective continuous power source currently available.
