Message from the Conference General Chairman

This conference is dedicated to showcasing innovations and the latest achievements in radar systems and technology from research to radar construction. It offers both old and new workers in the field the opportunity to learn, and to meet and interact with colleagues. The Technical Program Committee has worked diligently to provide breadth and quality to the conference program. Attendance at the conference should be both productive and enjoyable. This year??s conference begins and ends with tutorials on Tuesday and Friday mornings. The technical sessions start Tuesday afternoon with distinguished speakers, followed by an extensive two days of technical sessions along with poster sessions. In addition to the conference reception and banquet on Wednesday evening, this year\´s conference attendees are invited to a Boston-Area IEEE "Women in Engineering" reception on Tuesday evening at the hotel. On Friday morning there is also an opportunity for attendees to tour nearby facilities.
