Abstract :
This paper analyzes a continuous time sign network for which a periodic stimulation is applied. We clarify a parameter range in which state variables converge to periodic oscillation that synchronizes the stimulation force from any initial state. Regarding the initial value as the distance among same given data, the network can be applied as a clustering machine
