Abstract :
Introduces the idea of neural network to get the yield estimation of a circuit. The authors were led to consider neural network because the nonlinear neural network with BP algorithm can be used as a classifier, which can find the feasible region of the circuit. Then one can get the yield estimation of the circuit. Some results gained by the neural network are shown
