Abstract :
In this article two monocrystal modifications of the electrooptical modulator of the Mach-Zehnder are in detail described. By preliminary theoretical estimations the given modifications are capable to carry out amplitude modulation of high power laser bunches, to 5 W., with MF, to 4 GHz. In this work are presented basic modulation characteristics of considered modifications of Mach-Zehnder modulator. From these grafics it is visible, that depth of modulation reaches an order of 80 %, and half-wave voltage 100-160 V.
