  • Abstract
    Superluminal waveguides periodically loaded with non-Foster circuits are investigated. Such systems are shown to have right half plane poles for the equivalent two-port scattering parameters for practical values of waveguide lengths consisting of many unit cells, and hence, they are unstable.
