Abstract :
In this paper a novel technique of simulating the S-parameter of CNT arrays based on multi-conductor transmission line (MTL) model has been presented. The 2n-port matrix has been transferred to an effective 2-port matrix without neglecting mutual coupling. The input impedance, S-parameter and absorption have been studied in terms of different bundle sizes.
