  • Abstract
    Chamber pumping-out of TWT with electrodes separation according to a typical technological process with forcing and overlapping modes provides lowing of residual pressure 1...1.5 fold, increasing of cathode emission to 10...15 percents and reducing cycle duration 1.5...2.0 times.
