Abstract :
It is shown that the issue centres of the cathode are interphase borders of alumínate and tungsten in a time. Issue properties worsen as a result of decrease in activity of barium in process of course of phase reactions and increase of activity of oxygen in the device. The analysis percolation cathode models shows that in the field of working temperatures such system is self-regulated, i.e. phase structure and a temperature mode will be co-ordinated.
