Abstract :
Computer analysis shows that the high frequency oscillation exists on the output voltage state of RCJL Josephson gate, which is a strongly nonlinear system. The amplitude of the oscillation directly affects the noise tolerance of the circuit. This is harmful to the digital application of the circuit. In the paper, the analytical formulas describing the oscillation are derived under some approximate conditions. The comparison between analytical description and computer numerical results shows little difference
