  • Abstract
    In this paper, we demonstrate that a simple electronic circuit based on a memristor switching model can generate ultra wide band chaotic signals suitable for UWB applications. The chaotic behavior is proved using several test cases. Oscillator structures, simulations and chaotic attractors are presented. Simulations results showed excellent properties of spectrum, auto and cross correlation.
